DESIGN SERVICES We not only have fabulous furnishings to make your house a home, but we can design it for you too! The House Downtown offers different levels of design services to meet most people's needs. With an extremely talented and organized design team, we will help put together an entire home that lives up to our comfortable but always impeccably stylish standards. We put a lot of thought and consideration into not only providing you with everything you need to make your house a home, but also the best way to incorporate comfort, function and style into the rooms we furnish and design for you. We believe that your home is your sanctuary, and should reflect you personally. We work with your specific wants and needs in mind, so you are treated with consideration, individuality and impeccable attention to detail. We offer 3 levels of design service.  Full Service Interior Design through Stephanie Gamble Interiors  Work with Stephanie and her design staff on any of the following: Whole House or One Room Desig || Space Planning || Wall Covering Selection || Color Consults || Furniture and fabric selections Access to "Trade Only" Products || Accessory Selections || Use of SGI's Trade Workrooms and Contractors || Window Treatment Design Discounts on House Downtown Products || Shopping for antiques and vintage items   IN HOME CONSULTATION $250 ($150 Will be applied to your first special order purchase) One, approximate 1 hour visit to your home with a House Downtown design professional. We will measure and photograph your desired area(s). One follow up in store appointment to help you select furniture, lighting and accessory.    IN STORE CONSULTATION $150 (This fee will be applied towards your first special order purchase) Work privately with a product expert from The House Downtown staff in our design studio. You will have full access to all of our manufacturers fabrics, trim and finishes.
